Our Bussers provide great guest service by assisting servers in meeting the needs of our guests. Assist servers, host and managers in keeping the dining room and all guest visitation areas spotless.
Our Bussers generally:

• Complete all running responsibilities throughout the shift including restocking and replenishing service supplies, condiments, and service ware.
• Make sure tables are cleaned and reset within a timely manner with a sense of urgency.
• Assist servers when necessary by pre-bussing tables and wrapping food.
• Assist servers, hosts and managers in maintaining all guests’ visitation.
• Set up (before open) and break down (after close), clean and organize guest areas.

Busser, Busboy, Busperson is generally offered as a part time restaurant job.
Prior experience as a Busser, Busboy, Busperson, restaurant crew member, runner, food runner or other part time restaurant jobs is highly desirable.
Requirements/Responsibilities
No previous restaurant experience required however our Bussers are required to:

• Learn the ACFP menu in order to answer guests’ questions and make suggestions.
• Have a good knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions.
• Work in a standing position throughout their shift.
• Work diligently to clean tables as they are vacated by guests.
• Be able to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
• Practice high sanitary standards, including washing hands frequently.
